This two bedroom detached villa with communal swimming pool is on a new complex of eleven villas.

The complex is situated within easy reach of the tourist area of Kato Paphos which has beaches, bars & fantastic restaurants as well as a picturesque harbour lined with fish restaurants and a medieval fortress.

 

 

There are 2 excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby as well as great diving schools, a water park and other water sports available. The beautifully scenic pine-clad Troodos Mountains is an hours drive away and can be used for skiing over the winter months.

Paphos is suitable for all types of holidays and whether you are a family looking for all round attractions, a couple looking for a romantic holiday or friends just looking to chill out around a pool with a glass of wine, then a holiday in our villa is essential!

Sleeps:

The villa sleeps 6 as it has two double bedrooms and a very comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a balcony, blackout blinds and air-conditioning for a good nights sleep.

Facilities:

The villa is modern and fully furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Downstairs is open planned with a fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed, armchair and Television. The Dining area has a large dining table suitable for six people.
There is one bathroom upstairs with shower and W.C and a guest toilet downstairs.There is a travel cot with changer and a rear facing baby car seat provided for families bringing small babies. In addition there is an electronic safety deposit box.

The rear of the property is south facing and has a furnished patio area. The veranda has Sun loungers and leads onto the shared swimming pool which is lit up at night and becomes a lovely setting for sitting outside capturing the beautiful sunsets or enjoying an evening drink.

The patio area has a table with umbrella and chairs and a Barbeque for those who like to cook al fresco.

If you wish to hire a car we can recommend a company and there is a car port available for your use.

Extra's:

Towels and bed linen are supplied for guests, but please bring your own beach towels. A British Management agent is available 24 hrs a day for any queries or emergencies.
